HOTEL RESUME AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The hotel will provide services to both the hotel guests and residents. The hotel will also be responsible for the letting of the residential units on behalf of the owners with whom the hotel will share a common business interest.
Phase 1 : Development and sale of the residential units of the upper part of the land.
Phase 2 : Redevelopment of the seafront area to include a new hotel with reception, ten luxury suites, restaurant and clubhouse, swimming pool and sea view terrace with direct access to the sea. The facilities will be available to both hotel residents and owners of purchased units.

Annual fees will be payable for common area maintenance,security,gardening, etc.
The co-property management fees for each unit will be calculated at 60 bahts a sq.m. per month and will be payable quarterly in advance. After 2 years,a new budget will be set by the co-property management company and resident committee.
